  • Is there a charge to have an estimate prepared?

    There is a refundable charge to perform an interior leak analysis that is required by appointment, all other estimates are free.

  • Will there be a supervisor on my job site during the work?

    All projects have a supervisor that has the responsibility to complete your job to your satisfaction, on time and with minimal disturbance to your family’s home and schedule. You can rest assured that your estimator and sales consultant, who are always one of the principals of the company, are available by office, cell, email or text during project hours.

  • Can you provide a reference list for the type of job I am looking to have done?

    We have reference lists by type of job, zip code, address, and specifications. We have over 200 different reference lists and sources compiled that we can provide you. These lists can be faxed or emailed upon request.

  • Will the estimator bring product samples when looking at my project?

    Our home estimators carry samples, brochures and informative product packages with them, in addition we can arrange an appointment to meet and consult with you in our showroom,

    It is best to describe in as much detail as possible the project you are interested in so that the consultants can be ready with samples to assist your decision making and approval process.

  • When can one of your estimators come to look at my project?

    We are sensitive to your family’s everyday hectic schedules and try to accommodate your needs at the earliest convenience that both you and the estimators’ schedules will permit.

  • How long has your company been in business?

    The company has been in business 50 years plus years. It was started in 1968 as a small gutter cleaning company and proudly has evolved into a full-service remodeling company, that continues today to be family owned and operated.

  • Is your company insured?

    The company has liability, workman’s compensation, auto, operations, catastrophic and umbrella insurance, backed by Erie Insurance Co. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request.

  • Why should I choose to do business with your company?
